Updates finished, change log, Cool Distractions

Ok, my updates are complete, hopefully everything is working well.
I added some sweet distractions on the ‘analyze my biosphere’ page….
things like my AIM id, which is constantskeptic1, not that I am ever signed on, but at least you can leave me a message.
